1. Q: The pressure gauge has not changed
A: The coffee powder used is not fine enough. It is recommended to use more finely ground coffee powder.
2. Q: The extracted coffee does not produce oil
A: The thickness of the coffee powder cannot achieve the effect of oil production, please adjust the thickness of the coffee powder
3. Q: No coffee/hot water from the brewing head
A: The preheating time of the coffee machine has not been completed, and the hot water will not flow out. Please make sure that the coffee machine is preheated before extracting coffee. The coffee machine should be cleaned regularly to prevent the brewing head/hot water outlet from being blocked by coffee residues
4. Q: How much coffee powder do I need to put
A: Single cup: 12-14 grams. Double cup: 18-20 grams
